1. Definitions

2. Person responsible for the processing

The data collected are processed by the individual company Saleck Hamine Bouneggar registered under number 827 750 084 at the RCS of BOBIGNY, whose head office is located at 23 rue Marcello Mastroianni 93000 Bobigny, France. InReveal values your privacy and the protection of your personal data. This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you about how we treat the personal data you provide to us and that we collect in connection with your use of the Application and the Services. Please read this document carefully to understand our practices regarding the processing of your personal data and your rights in this regard. This Privacy Policy applies to all Services published by InReveal that you use (excluding services provided and operated by third parties, in which case the privacy policy of such third parties applies and not these provisions).

3. Information we collect

InReveal collects and processes personal data about you when you use the Inreveal application or when you communicate with Inreveal. This includes information that you provide directly to us or data that we collect automatically. In order to make our privacy policy easy to understand, here is an overview of the personal data collected and processed by Inreveal. Below this overview you will find details about each piece of data collected.

Mandatory data:

3.1 Data you provide directly to us

By using our Services, you provide us with information, some of which is personally identifiable. When you provide this information, some of this data is visible to other Members of the Application and is therefore made public on the Application. To make it easy for you to identify, this information is marked below as "Public". InReveal shall not be liable for any data disclosed and made public by a Member on InReveal.   InReveal collects and processes data relating to your registration/login and data relating to your interactions with InReveal.

3.1.1. Registration and connection data

Mandatory information
  This is the basic data required for registration to access the Services. You can register you in the app by an email and a password, or your gmail account or your Apple account. It can be also retrieved from Facebook, via Facebook and Instagram Connect. By clicking on "Sign up with Facebook" or "Sign up with Instagram" you agree to access your Facebook and Instagram account data.

Your identification data

The following data is collected when the Member sign up:
- your Name and username (public) ;
- your age (private): not visible.
- your date of birth (private) ;
- your gender (public) ;
- Your bio (public)
- yours photos (public)

The following data is collected depending on the registration method:
- via Instagram Connect: your user account name (public);

This information is required in order to provide the Services. If you do not provide this information, InReveal will not be able to provide you with the Services offered by the Application and you will not be able to create an Account or login.

3.1.2. Data on interactions with InReveal:

When you contact customer service and support, report a problem with our Services, report another user, request assistance, exercise your rights with respect to your personal data, or when you participate in promotions, games and contests, surveys, provide your experience with our Services, testimonials, and respond to our questionnaires, InReveal will collect, as appropriate, the following personal data about you.

- Data related to the report and requests to InReveal customer service (private): Date and time of the report, nature and reason of the report, data related to the reported user.

This data is collected by InReveal when you request support from our customer service department, exercise your rights to your personal data, report a problem or report another user. This information is necessary to process a report or respond to your requests. Without this information the report or your request cannot be processed. This information is also required when a report is made about you. Indeed, InReveal has a legal obligation to collect reports from its Members of content or behavior that may violate our Terms of Use.

- Data relating to participation in games and competitions, testimonials and your satisfaction (private): participation, responses, satisfaction level, suggestions, testimonials.

This data is collected by InReveal when you participate in our games and contests, answer our surveys and satisfaction questionnaires, deliver your testimonials. The data is mandatory if you wish to participate in the games and contests organized by InReveal. Without this data, InReveal will not be able to register you for games or contests. On the other hand, the data relating to your testimonials and your satisfaction are optional.

3.2 Data we collect automatically

When you use our services and features, we collect information about your activity on the Application:
 
• Data related to your (private) activity (date of registration, last connection, last location, interactions with Members and third party accounts, number of transactions or subscriptions, etc.)
 
When you access the Services and use the Application and its features, information is collected and processed about how you use them. The collection of this information by InReveal is required as part of your use of the Services. Without this data InReveal will not be able to provide the Services related to the InReveal Application. This includes the date of registration, the last login, the type and number of interactions with other Members.

• Crossover points with other Members (public)  

The main interest and purpose of the Application is to allow you to find other Members that you have crossed in order to facilitate virtual and/or real meetings. Your crossing points are only collected with your consent. Indeed, an authorization is requested to collect and process data relating to your geolocation so as to allow InReveal to identify its crossroads with other Members who have agreed to be geolocated.

Crossover points allow InReveal to show you the profiles of Members you've come across that match your search criteria. These crossover points can be displayed either as a News Feed or on the Map. You can withdraw your consent at any time and deactivate the geolocation option via the application and the "Ghost Mode" in the Settings or via your smartphone directly. In this case, your News Feed will no longer be updated and you will no longer be able to see which other Members you have met after deactivating the geolocation option.

• Geographic location (private)

InReveal may, with your express consent, access your location, approximately. Once given, you may withdraw your consent at any time and disable the geolocation option on your smartphone or via the application in the settings. In this case, your News Feed will no longer be updated and you will no longer be able to see which other Members you have met after deactivating the geolocation option. At no time will a Member's exact location or route be visible to other Members.

• Search preferences - people you want to cross-reference (age, gender) (private)

The Application allows you to set the search for Members based on age and gender. You can modify these settings and enter in the Application the age range and, after having previously consented to the collection and processing of this data by InReveal, the gender of the persons searched for in order to be put in contact exclusively with the cross-referenced profiles that meet your criteria. You will then only see on your News Feed those Crossed Members who share your search preferences.

• Technical data of the mobile (IP, mobile ID, application version, advertising ID...) (private)

We collect information from and about the devices and equipment you use to access our Services such as server logs which may include information such as IP addresses, application version, mobile model, mobile ID, language used, operating system, application crashes, advertising identifiers. Data may be collected using cookies.

Transaction Data: InReveal does not collect or process any banking data. The Apple App Store and the Google Play Store have chosen not to share certain data with mobile applications, including transaction data. These data are exclusively collected and processed by these platforms, without the will of InReveal to change this payment method. The only information exchanged between InReveal and the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store is technical data that does not allow you to be identified (for example, a transaction number) in order to validate transactions.

4. How do we use your data?

4.1 Provision of services and features in accordance with our terms of use

• Creating and managing your account as a Member:

- Create your profile.
- Registration, deregistration, deactivation of the Member's profile.
- Manage your settings and preferences.
- Subscription management.
- Management of access to the Services offered by InReveal.

• Help and technical support to Members.


Legal basis: Performance of the contract

The data collected by InReveal is necessary for the proper functioning of the Application and the provision of the Services that are offered to Members under the service contract between us (Terms of Use).

4.2 Geolocation in order to propose the crossed profiles

Geolocation for the purpose of providing you with the Profiles of Members you have met and around you.

Legal basis: Consent
Once you have given your consent, you can withdraw it at any time by deactivating the geolocation option on your smartphone. The withdrawal of your consent does not affect the processing carried out prior to this withdrawal.

More info ? The purpose of the Application is to allow you to find other Members that you have crossed. Indeed, it allows you to identify the crossroads with other Members who have accepted to be geolocated. These crossing points allow InReveal to present you with the profiles of Members you have crossed and that match your search criteria.

4.3 Provide relevant offers and content (marketing and advertising)

Sending marketing or advertising messages or content:

Sending of the InReveal newsletter by email.

Marketing and advertising content about InReveal's offers and services on the app and via email.

Conducting marketing and advertising outside of the InReveal App: We conduct marketing and advertising outside of the InReveal App on third party sites, social networks, and third party applications to find profiles similar to yours that may be interested in our Services. To find these similar profiles, we use and transmit with an encryption key to sites, applications and social networks your first and last name, email address, phone number, zip code, country and mobile advertising ID. The existence of your profile will never be disclosed to these similar profiles. These similar profiles (non-Members) will see InReveal advertisements on third party sites, social networks and applications.

Legal basis: Legitimate interest
This processing is based on InReveal's legitimate interest in providing you with offers and publicizing its service on third party sites. You may opt out of receiving emails from InReveal at any time by clicking on the "Click here to unsubscribe" link provided in the emails you receive. You may also opt out of data sharing with third party sites, social networks and third party applications by contacting us (see section 11. Contact).

Displaying advertisements on the InReveal app for partner products and services and InReveal products and services. These ads are targeted to your age, gender and location (not specific, only city).

Legal basis: Performance of the contract
This processing is necessary for the performance of the contract between InReveal and the Member as the delivery of these advertisements is the consideration for the use of the application.

4.4 Improving and optimising our services and our knowledge of your use of them

Improving and optimizing InReveal's services, knowledge of its Members and how the Services are used:
- Statistical studies.
- Satisfaction survey.
- Analyses of the use of the Application and Services by Members.

Compatible future use
This processing for statistical purposes is compatible with the following purposes: the provision of services and functionalities; the provision of relevant offers and content; data security and the fight against illegal activities.

4.5 Ensuring the security of your personal data

To detect or prevent breaches of the security of the Services by identifying and analyzing fraudulent behavior.

Legal basis: Legitimate interest
This processing is based on InReveal's legitimate interest in ensuring the security of its application and the data it processes. You may object to this use at any time by contacting us (see section 11. Contact). However, InReveal may continue to carry out the processing if it can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds.

4.6 Prevent and combat illegal or unauthorized activities (violation of the terms of use) and comply with legal requirements

- Analysis and processing of reports of fraudulent/undesirable behaviour.
- Management of undesirable behaviour and warning, suspension, blocking or deletion of the Member's Account.
- Management of requests for exercising the rights of Members on their data.

Legal basis: Legal obligation
These treatments are based on the legal obligation of InReveal, as a data host, to remove illegal content as soon as it becomes aware of it (Article 6 of the Act of June 21, 2004 for confidence in the digital economy) and on its obligation to respond to requests for the exercise of rights of Members on their personal data (Article 12 to 22 of the GDPR).

- Detecting or preventing fraudulent activities:
- Management of undesirable behaviour and warning, suspension, blocking or deletion of the Member's Account.

Legal basis: Legitimate interest
This processing is based on InReveal's legitimate interest in preventing and stopping fraudulent activities that may be carried out on its Services. You may object to this use at any time by contacting us (see section 11. Contact). However, InReveal may continue to carry out the processing if it can demonstrate compelling legitimate reasons.

6. How is your data shared?

Only certain InReveal customer service employees and authorized officials process Members' personal data for the purposes described above. These employees and authorized officials have access only to the data they need to perform their duties.   Authenticated and trusted service providers and partners may also access and/or process Members' personal data on behalf of InReveal in accordance with the Privacy Policy and who ensure the security and privacy of Members' personal data. These service providers help us operate and improve our Services, including with respect to: data hosting ; detection and prevention of fraud and scams ; studies, analyses and statistics ; the use of the Application and/or the proper functioning of the Application; providing the necessary assistance to Members; management of alerts ; marketing and advertising to deliver relevant offers, messages and content to InReveal Members and non-InReveal Members. In the context of marketing and advertising operations outside the application aimed at non-Members, your data will be transmitted to third-party sites, social networks and third-party applications unless you object.   In addition, at the request of government agencies, including judicial authorities, and to comply with any judicial or legal request InReveal may transmit the personal data of its Members.   Finally, we may transfer your data in the context of corporate transactions such as, but not limited to, restructuring, change of control, merger, acquisition, disposal, dissolution.

7. Transfer of data outside the EU

Members' personal data processed by the Application are hosted in the European Union.   However, Members' personal data is transferred to InReveal's subcontractors located outside of the European Union, for Member support, reporting, advertising and marketing.   The companies to which we transfer personal data located in the United States adhere to the EU-US Data Protection Shield (Privacy Shield). This mechanism has been recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection for personal data.   However, transfers of data outside the European Union may also be made to countries for which there is no adequacy decision by the European Commission on the protection of personal data. InReveal guarantees that these transfers are made under conditions that ensure the confidentiality and security of the data and an adequate level of protection in accordance with the regulations in force. Indeed, these transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.

8. How to exercise your rights to your data?

Your rights In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, known as the Data Protection Act and the GDPR, each Member has a right to access, rectify and, where appropriate, a right to portability and deletion of his personal data, as well as opposition to the processing or its limitation and the right to define guidelines on the fate of his personal data after his death. Concerned about the concerns of its Members, InReveal undertakes to respect the protection of personal data and to process these requests as soon as possible.   How to exercise them? The Member may exercise his rights, subject to proof of identity, by sending an email to contact@inreveal-app.com, by exercising his rights directly from the Application, or by sending a letter to the following postal address: InReveal - 23 rue Marcello Mastroianni 93000 Bobigny - France.   For all other complaints, the Member may submit a request to the competent national supervisory authority for data protection.   Fee details The right of access authorizes the Member to question InReveal in order to obtain the communication of the data concerning him in an accessible form on the basis of article 39 of the Data-processing law and Freedoms and article 15 of the GDPR. Your right of access must not infringe on the privacy of third parties, which is why you will only have access to your personal data and not to those of third parties (for example, you will only be able to have access to the messages you have sent and not to those you have received). The right of rectification gives the Member the right to require InReveal to rectify, complete, update or delete personal data concerning him or her that are inaccurate, incomplete, equivocal, outdated or whose use, communication or storage is prohibited on the basis of Article 40 of the French Data Protection Act and Article 16 of the GDPR. You can modify or rectify certain data directly from the Facebook or Instagram Application. The right to portability gives the Member the right to receive the personal data he or she has provided to InReveal, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit it to another controller, based on Article 20 of the GDPR. The right to object gives the Member the right to object, free of charge and in a discretionary manner, to the use of his data by InReveal for canvassing purposes, in particular commercial canvassing, and to the processing based on the legitimate interest of InReveal, on the basis of Article 38 of the Data Protection Act and Article 21 of the GDPR. For processing based on legitimate interest, InReveal retains the possibility to justify legitimate and compelling reasons to continue the processing. The right to erasure gives the Member the right to require the deletion of data provided to InReveal at no cost in a discretionary manner, subject to the rights based on Article 17 of the GDPR. You can delete your Account by deleting the application and its data or directly on the Instagram application by clicking on "Settings" and then "Apps and websites" and clicking on the "Delete" button in the line corresponding to the application "InReveal" . Please be advised that all of your data will be deleted from the InReveal application. However, InReveal, as a host, has the legal obligation to keep your personal data for one year under Article 6-II) of Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 for confidence in the digital economy. Your data will be kept in an archive separate from our production databases and only for the purpose of responding to a judicial requisition. They will be definitively deleted at the end of the one-year period. The right to limitation gives the Member the right to request the limitation of the processing of his/her data by InReveal under the conditions of Article 18 of the GDPR. The right for the Member to define his or her directives concerning the conservation, deletion and communication of his or her personal data after his or her death, in accordance with article 40-1 of the French Data Protection Act.   These rights can only be exercised to the extent that InReveal is able to do so in the context of the use of Google, Apple, Facebook and Instagram Connect. Part of the data has been communicated to InReveal via Google, Apple, Facebook and Instagram Connect and can therefore not be corrected without the cooperation of Google, Apple, Facebook and Instagram.

9. How long do we keep your data?

InReveal retains the Member's data for as long as necessary for the use of the Member's Account   For the duration of the Member's registration plus one year. After one year of inactivity on an Account, the Account will be deleted and the Member's data will be retained for one more year before being permanently deleted. An account is considered inactive when the Member's Application has not established contact with InReveal's servers (in particular due to the deactivation of the geolocation option); and the Member has not used the Application. When the Member deletes his or her Account or requests the deletion of his or her Account to the customer service, the Account is deleted from the Application. However, the Member's data will be kept in a separate archive for one year before being permanently deleted, in order to allow InReveal to comply with its retention obligation as a hosting company. The Member's email address will be kept for canvassing purposes for 1 year after 1 year of inactivity of the Account. If the Member deletes his or her Account, the email address will not be used for prospecting purposes. For requests to exercise rights: for the period allowing InReveal to prove that it has responded to requests in the event of litigation or control: 1 year from the month following your request.   InReveal undertakes to provide its best efforts and all means in its possession to ensure the optimal security of the data stored. However, it is the Member's responsibility to take appropriate measures to protect its data.

10. Personal data of minor children

InReveal refuses to collect data from minors. In case of a Member's lie regarding his or her date of birth and especially in case of fraudulent attestation of his or her majority, the parents of the minor child are invited to notify InReveal by sending an email to one of the contacts indicated in Article 11 "Contact", in order to request the deletion of the data. InReveal undertakes to delete all personal data concerning the minor child as soon as possible.
